Vintage Kafka Industries #4416 Tropical Butterflyfish 3D Foil Wall Art Framed Made in USA

Etching wall art, handcrafted in the USA during the mid-1980s. These distinctive decorative pieces feature an original design that was first hand-etched into metal, then reproduced using embossed metallic foil and assembled behind hand-screened glass. The result is a beautiful three-dimensional effect that changes in color and brilliance depending on the viewing angle and lighting.

Produced by Kafka Industries Ltd. of Washingtonville, NY, these artworks have become increasingly collectible for their unique manufacturing process, artistic quality, and 1980s design aesthetic.
